Case Study
Process Outline
Our Agile design thinking approach allows us to work collaboratively with our clients, resulting in flexible solutions that can adapt and evolve with our client’s business. Below is a case study, outlining our process and how it helped one of our clients revolutionise their ordering functionality through developing a framework for understanding the challenge, integrating data and analysis to produce actionable insights, creating a case for change and delivering a program of work for realizing value.
Step 1: Creating a Framework
The foundation of our process is creating a framework for understanding the challenge from multiple perspectives throughout the value chain, developing a deep domain understanding and identifying key factors required for success.
Step 2: Journey to management (acquire to Act)
Once we have developed a framework for understanding we examine the process underpinned by data and value analytics to deliver an integrated business view. It’s important to appreciate that this is about finding a good enough business view as opposed to completeness or accuracy. The primary focus is on the minimum information decision makers require to act.
Step 3: Realising Value (Achieve)
Using our integrated business view and performance metrics and measures, we can now create the case for change, identifying and quantifying the impact of challenges faced by the business.
Step 4: RPA Realising Value
Based on the specific challenges and impacts identified we can now develop a program of work – a practical and actionable solution for digital transformation that delivers tangible value. This includes high level financial calculations to quantify the return on investment and the viability of the solution.
